1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Origen TechnolOG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. Service Description
Origen TechnolOG is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed for real estate professionals. The Service provides tools for contact management, task tracking, transaction management, document generation, and related business operations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
3. Account Registration and Security
Registration Requirements:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Approval: New organization registrations are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Account Security: You agree to use a strong password and to not share your account credentials with others. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without our written permission
- Resell, rent, lease, or redistribute the Service to third parties
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify free tier features at any time.
Paid Subscriptions: When paid subscription tiers become available:
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees owed
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of the Service, except as required by applicable law.
6. Your Data and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the data, contacts, documents, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.
Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data
- Obtaining necessary permissions to use and share Your Data
- Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Maintaining backups of Your Data
Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and all content provided by us, is owned by Origen TechnolOG and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Data Export: You may export Your Data at any time through the Service interface. Upon account termination, we will retain Your Data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation feature. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months
- We are required to do so by law
- Continuing to provide the Service would create a legal or security risk
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete Your Data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it by law. No refunds will be provided for prepaid but unused time.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors will be corrected
- The Service will be compatible with all systems
Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORIGEN TECHNOLOG BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Origen TechnolOG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Origen TechnolOG regarding the Service.
Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Origen TechnolOG ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
Within Your Organization: Information is shared with other users in your organization as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., team members can see shared contacts).
Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:
- Cloud Hosting: Supabase (database), Railway (hosting)
- Email Services: SendGrid (transactional emails)
- AI Services: OpenAI (AI-powered features)
- Document Services: DocuSeal (document generation and e-signatures)
- Analytics: Usage analytics and monitoring services
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for providing services to us.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption: All data transmitted to and from the Service is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS

- Deleted Accounts: Information deleted within 30 days of account termination (unless legal retention required)
